Ringlets Template




I made this sometime ago, Not sure why i never released it on my blog. i finally  had time to nutter around in psp today and created a new template. The template is in PSD Format so compatible with paint shop and photo shop. Please remember if you use this template for a tutorial you may create a  direct link to the blog post. Please do not  direct link to the file.
