Terms of Usage reminder & Violation Warning


First  while viewing some stunning tutorials using my latest kit Kiss Off! written by a foreign tutorial writer i noticed two Tou violation.
Tou violations :- First i do not allow my items to be allowed in material or tutorial supplies.  
Second was that two of my elements had been combined to make one Element and then supplied in the material supplies THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE   to do to anyone Kits.  Its a great shame as its a stunning tutorial. 
It has come to my attention that  my terms of use is been broken by some tutorial writers. if English is not your First language i have a google translate button top right corner. It will easily translate my terms of usage to your desired language if your language is not located in the drop down menu  then please visit http://translate.google.com/.
